Qualifications
We are a team of licensed professionals, including the principal partners who hold the New Mexico GB-98 General Contractor classification, which allows us to produce any scale of commercial or residential project in the state. Our in-house architecture team is led by a NM Licensed Architect and staffed by architecture graduates. Furthermore, several of our staff hold the USGBC LEED AP certifications. And our in-house real estate group is staffed by NM licensed Real Estate Brokers.
Brandon Snoy
Brandon Snoy is a Principal at Palo Santo Designs, and oversees the field operations as project manager. He began his career in construction as a carpenter, working with and apprenticing under some of the most highly-skilled craftsmen in New Mexico and beyond. He is an expert communicator, project manager and skilled craftsman. Brandon leads by example – often wearing his tool bags and joining the crew in the creative process. His unique style of overseeing day-to-day on-site details is carried over into Palo Santo Designs’ administrative duties. Brandon’s dedication and commitment to our clients are demonstrated in the numerous awards and recognitions of our most prized projects.
Brandon has served on the Boards of Directors of both the Santa Fe Area Home Builders’ Association and the New Mexico Home Builders’ Association, having been President of both organizations. He is actively engaged in advocacy for the building trades in local and national legislative efforts. He is a licensed GB-98 General Contractor with formal training in the LEED for Homes program.
Mark Giorgetti
Mark Giorgetti is the Founder and Principal of Palo Santo Designs. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction trades, Mark not only oversees the general management of the company but also is directly engaged in the hands-on design and construction of our projects. His academic background in Environmental Science and Business has gained him a Master’s Degree and a deep commitment to environmental stewardship and professional accountability, which he applies to all of his work at Palo Santo Designs. Mark has served on the Board of Directors, and as a Past President of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders’ Association, as well as local, regional and national committees for the US Green Building Council.
Mark is a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional and a licensed GB-98 General Contractor.
Leslie Giorgetti
Leslie Giorgetti is a NM Licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Realty and a Principal at Palo Santo Designs. Leslie oversees many aspects of the marketing and business development of the company, including investor relations and real estate development partnerships. She also works closely with many of our custom home clients on all real estate-related issues, including acquiring suitable lots for building, and listing existing homes for sale. She is the key contact person for all inquiries regarding Palo Santo Designs’ property listings for sale. Leslie has worked in the construction and real estate industries in New Mexico for over 20 years and has a deep appreciation of its diverse history, as well as a love for its land, culture, and unique architecture.
Lydia Mee
Lydia Mee serves as an Architectural Assistant at Palo Santo Designs. She is meticulous and detail oriented and thrives on the diversity of projects that Palo Santo Designs has in its portfolio. That meticulous nature serves the team well on all matters of drafting, estimation and procurement. Her strong architectural sense stems from her upbringing in Fort Collins Colorado, where her family business was historic home restoration and remodeling. She loves to hike and enjoy music and finds a creative outlet in hand crafts, textiles and culinary arts.
Sandra Odems
5Sandra Odems brings decades of experience in residential, commercial, and public sector architectural design and construction administration to the Palo Santo Team. She acquired her Masters in Architecture from Tulane University in 1990 and studied at the Architectural Association in London. She has been a NM Licensed Architect for over 25 years and has extensive background with LEED certification and green design. She is a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional. And prior to her time at Palo Santo Designs, Sandra was a custom home builder and worked as an Architect on some of Santa Fe’s most recognized public sector projects. Sandra is a creative designer, an organized and detail oriented manager, and a clear and effective communicator. Her focus is on creating exceptional buildings that embody sustainability, and aesthetic elegance.
Stuart Spraul
6Stuart Sproul serves as an Architectural Assistant and has a Degree in Architecture from the University of New Mexico School Of Architecture and Planning. His expert experience in computer aided drafting, 3d modeling and photo realistic renderings is a major asset to the team. He has extensive experience in custom home design and project management having grown up in a home builder family. A Santa Fe local, Stuart knows and understands the vernacular culture and landscape of the building trades and architectural styles of Santa Fe, it’s literally in his blood.
